Taken from a partial airing of General Hospital on WTEN channel 10, the Albany, NY market's ABC affiliate. This would segue into Judge Judy afterward, as evidenced by the video's thumbnail. Not much on this portion of the tape, afterwards it went to some NBC commercials (which I'm not posting because I have another tape with NBC material on it).
